Form Details
You indicated on the FAFSA that you (and your spouse, if married) did not file a 2017 Federal income tax return. You must complete the Student Income Verification form and submit it along with appropriate documentation. Note: The form and documentation must show sufficient income and/or assistance to explain how you were supported during 2017.
If you reported non-filing in error and you (and/or your spouse, if married) did file a 2017 Federal income tax return, you must contact our office to request that the To Do list be updated, or you must make a correction to your FAFSA.
