Based upon data provided by the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS), Madison College requires additional information to determine your continued eligibility for Federal student aid. You will be notified through your myMadisonCollege messages which schools you are required to request transcripts from. You must submit transcripts with the completed Eligibility Review Required form. Federal aid funds will not be offered or disbursed until the requested information has been received and reviewed. Please note, the Financial Aid Office will accept both official or unofficial transcripts for this review.
